Founded in January 2024, FOXAAI was originally established by Shane Appleyard and Tom Fox, building on Shane’s early AI and automation solutions. During this initial phase, the foundations of FOXAAI’s proprietary, AI-powered automation systems were developed to support scalable business operations for OBA partners.

Following the early formation period, Tom Fox exited the business, and FOXAAI moved into its next stage of growth and expansion.

Daniel Winterton later joined FOXAAI in 2025 as Co-Owner and Director, bringing extensive experience in business development, sales strategy, systems architecture, creative technology, and digital infrastructure. Daniel is responsible for driving company trajectory, commercial strategy, service evolution, and long-term expansion, working alongside Shane to build and refine the operational, technical, and delivery frameworks that now underpin FOXAAI’s growth.

Today, FOXAAI operates as the UK’s first business super-store, supplying a wide range of digital, creative, marketing, web, automation, and business services to small and medium-sized enterprises, while continuing to develop and deploy proprietary systems across its partner network.

The leadership team is focused on building scalable, data-driven infrastructure designed for national and international expansion, supporting businesses with fully integrated, future-ready operational systems.

Ownership Information:

Owned By All is the majority shareholder, owning 63.5% of shares in FOXAAI GB. These shares were awarded to Owned By All by Shane Appleyard at the company’s inception.

FOXAAI Global LLP, the parent company, are the other significant shareholder with 25%.

Strategic Objectives:

FOXAAI institutionalises the knowledge, business processes, automation processes, code, scripts, plans and advancement of the systems created by Shane Appleyard and further developed by Tom Fox in early stages. This knowledge will spread to others in the organisation to continue to advance AI technology and OBA partner businesses for the benefit of all.

FOXAAI GB LLP ownership of shares in other companies reflects its ambition to partner with other companies as an AI Automation and business/digital/creative/technology partner.

Financial Principles:

Shane reserves the right to benefit privately financially from his own works, including technology, code, AI systems and processes. The majority shareholding by OBA, given by Shane, and holding no personal shares himself, reflects his commitment to build OBA, unmotivated by financial gain.

The small shareholding owned by Private OBA reflects an example of how every OBA subsidiary should have a private shareholder with a private shareholder profit incentive.

FOXAAI GB LLP will reinvest into growth for the near future. Any dividends eventually produced from FOXAAI GB LLP will be shared appropriately between OBA and the other private shareholders.
