HAVE FAIAF
Enterprise-grade AI automation system, purpose-built for a world that doesn't exist yet.
Available now to small businesses and modest budgets.
What if one system ran your entire business, and got smarter every day?
Most businesses rely on individual tools, with one purpose, operating in isolation. The result is costs, duplicated effort, and fragmented intelligence that never compounds.
BusinessesΒ need a framework that makes all of those tools unnecessary.
FAIAF is a single unified system that connects everything. Every dataset. Every output. Every decision. One source of truth.
FAIAF is architecture. This is what complete organisational automation looks like.
About FAIAF
FAIAF (FOXAAI Artificial Intelligence Automation Framework) is a proprietary, fully operational, business automation operating system built entirely by FOXAAIβs Managing Director, Shane Appleyard. It is live infrastructure, currently serving 40+ active clients.
FAIAF has been in active full-time development since 2023. Built from a deep understanding of how Artificial Intelligence works, but more importantly, a visionary understanding of where AI is eventually heading, not just where it was at the time, or even where it still is now.
FAIAF is a unique creation in so many ways.Β Not a tool. Not a platform. Machine-optimal, layers of strategically engineered data, collections of modular programs, libraries of scripts, chains of triggers, processes and functions, all harmoniously existing within a unified, inter-connected framework that can interact with a wider tech stack and automate an entire organisation end-to-end.
From marketing and advertising to accounts and HR to content generation and social media, CRM, lead generation, ecommerce, legal, project management, recruitment, training, customer services, PR and beyond. FAIAF has active modules covering many business functions, with a great deal more under development. Ultimately, it can be expanded to automate anything.
Across numerous benchmarks and operational standards, FAIAF and each of its individual modules hold their own or outperform against well-established, enterprise-grade global competitors. Systems built by organisations with hundreds of engineers and decades of development. FAIAF was built by one person, and in many respects, it earns a space among them. In a number of meaningful benchmarks, FAIAF is not catching up, it is setting a pace. The gap between what FAIAF does and what most available platforms do is not closing, it is widening.
This is not accidental. FAIAF was designed with a dedicated, visionary goal: to reach full operational deployment of all modules by 2030, and in doing so, become the core technological weapon to drive the aggressive expansion of the OBA universe. Every module carefully designed, every integration strategically engineered, every automation leveraging FAIAF's unique capabilities, to serve that singular mission.
For now, FAIAF is available exclusively to FOXAAI clients. Managed, maintained, and continuously advanced by FOXAAI. The compounding competitive advantages it creates can not currently be found from one individual solution. The capabilities FAIAF combines, unified data architecture, AI-native automation, end-to-end module integration; are available individually elsewhere. Together, in a single framework, they are not.
FAIAF FAQs
Almost everything. But three things set FAIAF categorically apart from anything else on the market.
It was built from scratch, in-house, by one person.
No off-the-shelf core. No dependencies. No external influence. Every line of logic, every module, every integration was designed, coded, and deployed by FOXAAI's Managing Director, Shane Appleyard, giving FAIAF a coherence, originality and intentionality that assembled or licensed platforms fundamentally cannot replicate.
It is holistic in a way only a singular vision can achieve.
Because FAIAF was designed and built by a single mind, every layer of the system is inherently aligned. There are no competing design philosophies, no fragmented logic, no disconnected modules.
Every upstream decision is made with downstream impact in mind. Every downstream function is supported by upstream structure. The connections are not just technical, they are conceptual, strategic, and intentional.
This makes the system not just capable, but context-aware. Data is not stored, it is positioned, connected, and made usable across the entire framework. This creates a level of cohesion that multi-team, vendor-assembled platforms cannot replicate.
It is a complete business operating system, not a single-point solution.
Most automation tools solve an isolated problem. FAIAF solves all of them, in a single integrated framework, with every module aware of every other, where each function actively informs and enhances the next.
Product data feeds marketing intelligence. Marketing intelligence shapes advertising and social media strategy. Advertising performance feeds revenue data into accounting. Accounting informs forecasting, profitability, and resource allocation. That data flows into project management and HR, guiding staffing, workload distribution, and hiring decisions. HR and project delivery performance then loop back into cost analysis, margin optimisation, and operational planning within accounting.
Nothing is static. Nothing is siloed. Every function is both an input and an output. Every action creates intelligence that strengthens the next. This is not integration as an afterthought. It is systemic interdependence by design.
It has a central registry unlike anything else in existence.
The central registry is what makes this possible. It is the shared nervous system that keeps every part of the framework synchronised and intelligent. At the heart of FAIAF is a hand-designed, meticulously structured central data registry, built and intentionally populated by Shane to cover every possible business use case, across every function, sector, and operational scenario.
It is the connective intelligence of the entire framework, the big brain that every module draws from, writes to, and reasons against. Nothing in FAIAF operates in isolation. Every automation, every output, every decision is informed by a single, unified source of truth.
It is strategically rich and continuously refined.
FAIAF is not a static system. Its data architecture is constantly expanded, pressure-tested, and refined through real-world application.
New use cases, edge cases, and operational scenarios are absorbed back into the structure, making the system progressively more intelligent, more resilient, and more complete over time.
Each iteration strengthens not just a feature, but the entire ecosystem. The system does not just function, it evolves, compounds, and becomes progressively more powerful over time.
The result is compounding system intelligence.
Each part of FAIAF strengthens every other part. Improvements in one area cascade across the entire framework. Data becomes more valuable as it flows. Decisions become more accurate as context deepens. Operations become more efficient as alignment increases.
With a visionary understanding of AI's ultimate trajectory, FAIAF is structured to evolve, with new modules, integrations, and capabilities deployed and optimised continuously, meaning it compounds in value over time rather than depreciating like conventional software.
Yes, and this is one of its most powerful structural qualities.
FAIAF is built on a SUPREME β MASTER β Client Clone architecture.
The core framework lives at the top level, fully tested and continuously improved. Each client operates on their own dedicated instance, inheriting all the power of the master system, isolated from every other client's data and configuration.
This means every improvement made to FAIAF, every new module, every optimisation, every integration, cascades across the entire client base automatically. Clients benefit from a system that gets better every day, without any action required on their part. There is no version lag. No manual update cycle. No system obsolescence.
The reusability is also commercial. Because the core infrastructure is shared and amortised, FOXAAI can deliver enterprise-grade capability at a cost that individual businesses could never justify building themselves.
The codified key-value architecture makes it universally deployable.
FAIAF runs on a precisely engineered key-value system β over 1,700 structured top-level data points (with thousands of additional data point layers), each one mapped, labelled, and logically positioned within the registry.
When a new client onboards, their business data populates those keys. The values change. The system doesn't. Every function, every piece of logic, every automation, every module instantly recalibrates around the new data and begins working, from day one. There is no rebuild. No reconfiguration from scratch. No months of implementation. A business's information goes in; a fully operational, intelligent automation framework comes out.
Deeply. FAIAF's architecture is built around a core ofΒ 1,700+ key-value configuration points - meaning the framework adapts to each client's business, not the other way around. Industry, product type, pricing model, brand voice, advertising channels, compliance requirements, all of it is configurable at the client level without touching the underlying system.
Individual modules can be activated, deactivated, or weighted depending on a client's priorities. A retail ecommerce business will run a very different FAIAF configuration to a professional services firm or a hospitality operator, but both are running on the same world-class core.
Where bespoke development is required, custom integrations, specialist workflows, sector-specific automation... FOXAAI builds it. Because FAIAF is entirely self-owned, there are no platform restrictions, no API limits imposed by a third party, and no features locked behind a higher pricing tier. The system is ours. The customisation is unlimited.
Inherently. FAIAF was not designed for where a client is today, it was designed for where they are going. The framework scales in three distinct directions simultaneously.
Horizontally: As a client's operation grows, more products, more channels, more markets, more staff, FAIAF absorbs that complexity through configuration and module activation, with no structural rebuild required.
Vertically: As FAIAF itself grows, new modules, deeper integrations, more sophisticated AI capabilities, every client on the platform inherits those advances automatically.
Globally: FAIAF is built to operate at international scale. Multi-currency, multi-language, multi-jurisdiction compliance, and multi-market advertising architecture are embedded at the system level, not bolted on. The 2030 roadmap targets full global deployment, aligned with OBA's worldwide expansion ambitions.
FAIAF is not available to purchase, license, or self-deploy. It is exclusively managed and delivered by FOXAAI, and that exclusivity is intentional.
FAIAF's power comes from the expertise behind it. The system is only as effective as the people configuring, running, and evolving it. FOXAAI manages FAIAF on behalf of every client, handling deployment, configuration, optimisation, and continuous development, so clients receive the full benefit of the framework without needing the technical capability to operate it themselves.
What you can have is access to FAIAF as a FOXAAI client. Depending on your business size, sector, and goals, FOXAAI will configure a tailored deployment, activating the modules that are immediately relevant and building toward a full operational framework over time.
The Architect
Shane Appleyard, Managing Director, FOXAAI
Founder, Owned By All
Shane Appleyard is the sole architect, builder, and strategist behind FAIAF - a framework he designed, coded, and continues to develop himself. Every system, every module, every methodology FOXAAI runs on originated from his thinking, including the unique and comprehensive marketing playbook: The FOXAAI Funnel.
His background spans, 20 years as an entrepreneur, 15 years in digital and creative services, 10+ years in business process automation, and thousands of hours of applied AI development since the technology became commercially viable.
Beyond FOXAAI, Shane is the founder of Owned By All CLG, a revolutionary, constitutionally protected, mission-driven holding structure designed to redistribute wealth equally and democratically on a global scale. It aims to harness the power of AI and automation for the benefit of humanity, promising the potential to establish an entirely new economic paradigm.
He is currently producing three books: 'Have FAIAF: The Business Bible' - a definitive guide to AI-powered business automation; 'Creative Destruction' - a blueprint for dismantling systems of inequality and replacing them with shared ownership models; and 'Hack Your Brain' - a practical framework for cognitive performance.
2 Decades of Creative & Technical Experience
Over 20 years, Shane has cultivated a rare and compounding combination of disciplines. He programs. He designs. He writes. He directs, shoots and edits videos and motion graphics. He records. He develops front-end and back-end systems. He creates. He builds commercial strategy, marketing campaigns, advertising strategy, maps business processes, architects enterprise frameworks, and leads at the level of founder and visionary. In most organisations, these capabilities are spread across entire departments. In Shane's case, they converge in one person.
This is not a generalist's breadth, it is a polymath's depth. Each discipline informs the others. The programming logic sharpens the strategist's thinking. The designer's eye disciplines the developer's output. The writer's precision makes the architect's systems communicable. The creative flair transforms all areas. The result is someone who can swiftly move from concept to code to creative to commercial model without ever losing the thread. Shane has spent 20 years doing exactly that.
Shane's commercial experience spans over 100 client businesses across two decades, from start-ups to national operators, across virtually every industry sector. But it is his own ventures that tell the fuller story.
After finishing a degree in International Business and Global Politics, he spearheaded a national private fundraising operation for a well-known children's charity. He was among the earliest e-cigarette vendors in the country, entering the market before it had a market. He built Birmingham's largest nightclub events. He founded the UK's first national music industry network, connecting artists, promoters, and labels before social media made it easy. He produced and promoted popular music festivals, operated a recording studio, started a phone and pc repair business, in addition to many other smaller ventures.
In the broadcast space, he created and operated the world's first live stream open mic, and separately, the world's first interactive live stream with audience voting, both genuine firsts, executed without the infrastructure that would later make such things commonplace.
In 2015, Shane co-founded The Sandbox Group, a Peterborough-based community movement that became a local phenomenon. Built on the simple principle of people helping people, it grew to over 20,000 members, inspired entire communities into action, and raised tens of thousands of pounds across numerous fundraising events, funding life-changing equipment for sick children and their families. Shane organised a 20-strong committee, ran action nights attended by hundreds of members, and co-ordinated swift, practical responses to help countless Peterborough residents in moments of real crisis.
One action night saw Shane lead a canvass of the city's homeless population. What followed was Shane drafting a 14-point plan to tackle the cities homeless crisis; advocating for a collaborative culmination of the city's key public agencies, which he personally compiled and presented to Peterborough City Council. It directly resulted in the Safer off the Streets initiative and the unified co-ordination of public services that still helps the city's homeless population to this day. A community idea. A real, lasting outcome.
Perhaps most notably: Shane spent 5 years building Open Grass Roots an innovative civil society network and marketplace, for which the ideas and working prototype he developed formed the foundation of a project that won Smart City of the World for Peterborough at the 2015 Smart City Congress Expo in Barcelona, beating New York, Buenos Aires, Dubai, Moscow, and dozens of other major global cities. Not shortlisted. Won.
The Architecture for a Better Future
Alongside FAIAF and FOXAAI, Shane has been building out the full technical architecture of the Owned By All ecosystem, a constitutionally protected, mission-driven, democratic, scalable corporate structure designed around equal wealth redistribution at global scale.
The OBA multisite is an interconnected platform suite built by Shane himself, encompassing a number of distinct systems: the OBA Rewards System,Β a unified loyalty and incentive engine operating across all OBA subsidiaries; the OBA Plus Membership,Β a tiered pricing and access model; the OBA Accelerator, a structured support and investment pathway for early-stage ventures entering the OBA ecosystem; and POBA (Private OBA) - the innovative micro-share marketplace.
But the technical build is only part of the story. Shane has also hand-crafted every foundational document that gives OBA its permanence: the constitution, the governance policies, the golden share ratios, the inter-company agreements, and the legal architecture that binds the entire structure together. These are not boilerplate documents. They were written with deliberate precision to ensure that OBA cannot be privatised, acquired, or converted, by anyone, under any circumstances, ever.
OBA is alive. And it is protected for all time, not by goodwill or intent, but by careful, irreversible design. Every clause, every agreement exists to serve one purpose: ensuring that what is built for all people remains owned by all people, permanently.
Beyond these, a number of innovations remain unreleased, built, tested, and held in reserve as the broader OBA infrastructure reaches the scale required to deploy them. The architecture is designed not just for today's ambition, but for what the platform becomes at global reach.
From Two Decades of Thinking to a Unified System
FAIAF and The FOXAAI Funnel are often explained as systems. But in reality, they are the output of a much longer journey, one that spans over two decades of iteration, experimentation, and refinement.
Long before it carried the FOXAAI name, the methodology now known as The FOXAAI Funnel began life as βThe Appleyard Funnel.β It wasnβt a fixed model. It was a constantly evolving way of thinking about how businesses attract attention, build trust, convert demand, and retain customers.
Over the years, it expanded far beyond a simple funnel concept. It became a living manifesto, a structured library of strategies, plans, tools, and systems. Each built from real-world application. Each refined through use across different industries, business models, and market conditions. Not theory. Not templates. Applied, tested, and continuously improved.
But even as the Funnel matured, Shane was solving a bigger problem. The ambition behind Owned By All required more than strong marketing. It required a repeatable way for partners to succeed commercially, at scale, across industries, without relying on fragmented tools or inconsistent execution. The challenge wasnβt just growth, it was systemised, democratised success.
And for years, that gap remained. Until 2022. At the very first moment Shane used ChatGPT, something clicked instantly. Immediately, Shane understood.
The direction of travel was obvious. AI was not just another tool, it was the missing layer. The final piece required to connect strategy, execution, and automation into a single, unified system.
In that moment, everything converged. The Funnel. The systems thinking. The automation experience. The vision for Owned By All. What had previously been too vast, too complex, too resource-intensive to fully realiseβ¦ suddenly wasnβt.
Shane committed that day to building what he had long envisioned: a true end-to-end business automation framework, the βholy grailβ of integrated operations, intelligence, and execution.
FAIAF - FOXAAI Artificial Intelligence Automation Framework - was conceived from that point forward, not as a reaction to where AI is today, but as a response to where it is going.
It was designed to absorb and orchestrate AI as it evolves. To systemise everything the Funnel defines. To turn strategy into execution automatically. To make scalable success not just possible, but repeatable.
Where The FOXAAI Funnel represents 20 years of thinking, FAIAF represents the moment that thinking became fully buildable. It wasnβt just a technological shift. It was the point at which the vision for Owned By All became achievable, not in theory, but in practice.
For Shane, and the ambitions of OBA, the final piece of the puzzle had finally arrived.
Now, after years of relentless dedicated development, and continual refinement from real-world usage for FOXAAI clients, FAIAF and The FOXAAI Funnel have reached a level of operational maturity that makes both extremely powerful solutions.
Available now exclusively for FOXAAI clients and OBA partners.
Active FAIAF Modules
A Window of Opportunity
AI automation is no longer a question of if; it is a question of when, and more critically, with what. Every month a business runs on disconnected tools, siloed data, and manual processes is a month its more automated competitor compounds an advantage it may never close.
FAIAF is not a subscription you turn on. It is a framework that configures around your business, activates immediately, and grows more powerful over time. Businesses already running it are not waiting for AI to catch up. They are already operating in the future that most organisations are still planning for.
FOXAAI takes on a limited number of new client deployments at any given time. Each one requires careful configuration, hands-on onboarding, and ongoing management by the same team that built the system. That exclusivity is the point.
If you are serious about what AI automation can do for your business, the time to find out is now.
